 Can I customise my Soothe Box?
Currently we have ready-made gift boxes, although you are able to choose a preferential option for two items. As the business grows, we will be offering a wider range of Soothe Boxes, as well as a bespoke option. 
What if the recipient has food allergies?
Unfortunately, due to limited availability, we only have an option for the confectionery and teapigs which are suitable for vegans, but made in a kitchen where dairy, gluten and nuts are present. In future boxes, we hope to be offering options to suit individuals with allergies.
Can I add a personalised message to my Soothe Box?
Of course. In the cart section there is an option to leave a personalised message which will be handwritten on an A6 sized card with the Soothe Box logo on the front.
What are 'Soothe Moments'?
'Soothe Moments' are moments of distraction that can be built into the day. They are based on mindfulness and self compassion and may help in calming difficult emotions. There is a 'Soothe Moment' card for each product with instructions in how to use the product to self-soothe. 
What does the workbook include?
The workbook includes tried and tested grounding techniques which can help with distressing emotions, an activity planner, helpful contacts and some activities aimed to support someone struggling with their mental health. The workbook is NOT a substitute for proper medical support or treatment. 
What are Soothe Box Company's shipping charges?
Soothe Boxes are delivered second class signed for which costs £4.00. If you would like the item to be delivered sooner, please let us know so that we can offer first class with an additional charge.
If you know that the recipient would find it distressing to receive a royal mail delivery notice should they not answer, please let us know so that we can discuss other delivery options. 
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we can only take orders for the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. However, as the business grows, this may change.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please email us. Our email address can be found in the 'contact us' section of our website.
What if my Soothe Box is returned to sender?
If we are given an incorrect address, or the sender does not collect from the post office or arrange redelivery, their gift may be returned to us. Should this happen we will be happy to resend at a cost of £4.00. 
This can take some time, if you believe that your gift has been lost, please let us know so that we can look into this.
